Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Master Attraction.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Pricing and Membership

Monthly Memberships (Normal Pace, Fast Track and Warp Speed): Monthly memberships are billed every month and can be paused or canceled at any time.

If you cancel your membership, you immediately lose access to your lessons, bonus features and the Master Attraction Community.

You're always welcome to rejoin in the future. If you do join again, the software will automatically start you off at Month 1 because it treats you as a new member due to canceling your membership, rather than pausing it. 

So, if you join again after canceling, simply contact us after joining and we'll manually update your lesson schedule so you can continue from where you left off, rather than starting from Month 1 again.

Please note: Unlike pausing, canceling your membership doesn’t keep your original price tied to your membership. So, if you decide to rejoin later, you'll need to purchase a new membership at the prices available on the website at that time.

However, if you're a former member, feel free to contact us before rejoining. If we're still able to offer your previous membership price, we'll happily send you a private checkout link so you can get your original price (if it’s still available). We're always happy to help.

If you pause your membership, you will instantly lose access to your lessons, bonus features, the Master Attraction Community and any new lesson releases. However, unlike a cancel, a pause means that your membership is essentially placed on standby.

When you're ready to continue, simply contact us and we'll unpause your membership. You'll continue from where you left off in the lesson schedule and keep the same membership price you originally secured, regardless of any future price increases.

Lifetime Membership: Lifetime Membership requires a one-time payment, or 4 part payments.

Lifetime members receive Attraction Mastery lessons at the same lesson speed as a Warp Speed membership, until all currently available Attraction Mastery lessons have been unlocked.

After that, Lifetime members continue to enjoy access to their lesson library, Dan Bacon AI, Ask Dan (Live), the Master Attraction Community and all other included bonus features, while also receiving access to newly released Attraction Mastery lessons as they are recorded and released.

Lesson Release Schedule

The monthly lesson totals listed on the pricing page and other pages around the Master Attraction site, on social media or in videos for each membership apply only while there are still lessons remaining to unlock within that program.

25x More Confident contains 25 Confidence Booster lessons (plus an Introduction and Closing Message), and Your First 12 Wins contains 12 lessons (plus an Introduction).

Once you have unlocked all of the lessons in either program, you will continue to have full access to those programs as part of your membership, but there will be no further monthly lesson releases for them because you have completed those programs.

Attraction Mastery is different because it is an expanding program.

There are currently 55 Attraction Mastery lessons (over 42 hours of mastery-level video training), with a minimum of 124 lessons planned.

Once you have unlocked all currently available Attraction Mastery lessons, your membership continues to provide access to your entire lesson library, Dan Bacon AI, Ask Dan (Live) calls (if they are a part of your membership offer), the Master Attraction Community and all other included bonus features.

Your membership also continues to grow in value because new Attraction Mastery lessons and new Ask Dan (Live) recordings are added on an ongoing basis.

The Ask Dan (Live) library already contains many hours of coaching sessions featuring hundreds of examples of what to say and do to attract women, with additional recordings being added every month.

The faster lesson speed options (Fast Track, Warp Speed and Lifetime) allow members to unlock the currently available Attraction Mastery lessons faster. They do not increase the total number of lessons included in your membership. Their purpose is simply to allow members to progress through the training at a faster pace (i.e. at a Fast-Track or Warp Speed pace).

Legacy Memberships

Members who joined Master Attraction before the introduction of Normal Pace, Fast Track, Warp Speed and Lifetime may still be on one of our previous membership plans (such as Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly).

Those memberships remain valid and will continue to receive the original lesson release schedule, membership features and bonuses that applied when they joined, unless otherwise stated, or if they choose to change to one of the new membership options.

Changing to one of the new membership options is completely optional.
If you choose to switch to a new membership option, the pricing, lesson release schedule and membership features of your new membership will apply from the date of the change.

The pause and cancellation policies described above apply equally to both current and legacy memberships, unless otherwise stated.

2. Money Back Guarantee and Refunds

We do not offer a money-back guarantee.

This policy has several key benefits:

  • Quality Assurance: Ensures the community only includes men who are genuinely committed to learning and improving their attractiveness.
  • Instant, No Questions Asked Cancelation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with just a click within your account settings. You don't have to contact us and we won't ask any questions. You are welcome to come back if you change your mind.
  • Ability to Pause Membership: You can pause your membership for as long as needed by contacting us. Your progress will be saved, and you will resume at the same rate when you restart. You don't have to start from the beginning again.
  • Community Integrity: Protects the community from potentially negative people, spammers, or scammers who want to come in, cause trouble and leave.
  • Exclusive Access: Ensures that only those genuinely committed to their personal development gain access.
  • Investment in Yourself: Committing to a non-refundable membership is an investment in your personal development. It signifies that you are serious about experiencing real positive changes and improvements in your life, which will lead to greater satisfaction and success in your interactions and relationships with women.

3. Pausing or Canceling

  • Pauses: You can pause your membership for as long as needed. Simply contact us and request for your membership to be paused and we will happily do that for you. During the pause, you will not have access to the community or the lessons and will not be charged anything, no matter how long you pause for. Your membership will resume automatically when you contact us to ask for it to be reactivated and you will continue at the same rate you secured when you first signed up, regardless of any price increases that have happened.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancelation: If you self-cancel your subscription from within your account (go to the Billing area of your account), it will be canceled at the end of your current billing period, before the next charge is due. You will have access to the lessons and community until right before the next monthly payment would normally be charged, at which time your account will be fully canceled and closed.
  • Master Attraction-Initiated Cancelation: We can cancel your membership for you, with one of three options:
    • End of the Current Billing Period: Your access to the lessons and community remains active until the end of the current billing period.
    • On a Custom Date: Access remains active until a custom date chosen by us.
    • Cancel Now: Immediate loss of access to all content and community features.

4. Access to Website, Lessons, and Community

Members gain access to exclusive video lessons by Dan Bacon and a private community where you can ask for advice in text, audio, or video replies. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials is prohibited and will result in termination of membership.

5. Use of Dan Bacon AI

Dan Bacon AI is a service provided by Master Attraction that offers instant, expert advice on attraction, dating, texting, relationships, sex, and getting an ex back.

By using Dan Bacon AI, you agree that:

  • The AI provides responses based on training from Dan Bacon's knowledge and expertise, but results may vary depending on how you apply the advice.
  • Uploads, including text screenshots, are processed solely to provide feedback and guidance to you and we do not share them publicly.
  • All interactions with Dan Bacon AI are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee specific outcomes in your interactions with women.

Data Privacy & Uploads

Any text, screenshots, or messages you upload to Dan Bacon AI remain private within the system and are not shared or made public.

While we use security measures available to protect user data, Master Attraction is not liable for any unauthorized access, breaches, or data loss.

By using Dan Bacon AI, you grant Master Attraction full ownership of any content submitted for processing. However, we will never use or share your uploads without your explicit permission, except if required for legal purposes.

Limitations & Liability

Dan Bacon AI is designed to help men improve their success with women, but should not replace personal judgment or professional counseling for serious issues.

Master Attraction is not responsible for the outcomes of any actions taken based on Dan Bacon AI responses. You acknowledge that success with women depends on many factors beyond the advice provided.

If the AI provides inaccurate or unclear answers, Master Attraction is not liable for any impact on personal interactions or relationships.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

There is no money-back guarantee on Master Attraction products or services, but you can cancel instantly in the Billing area of your account, no questions asked.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the Master Attraction website, including videos, articles, graphics and community posts, are the intellectual property of Master Attraction.

By posting in the community, contacting us, or sharing a testimonial or success story, you grant Master Attraction the right to use anything you post, comment or share for marketing, promotional, or other purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any Master Attraction intellectual property by a member is prohibited.

6. Liability and Indemnity

The advice provided through Master Attraction is for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific results and are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our advice.

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Master Attraction, its affiliates, and its contributors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the site.

7. Breach of Terms

If a member breaches the terms of this agreement, Master Attraction reserves the right to suspend or terminate their membership without notice.

This includes, but is not limited to unauthorized sharing of content, disruptive behavior in the community and failure to comply with community guidelines.

8. Ask Dan (Live)

Ask Dan (Live) is an optional group video coaching call where members can receive direct advice by asking questions live on camera or through voice or text.

By participating in Ask Dan (Live), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • If you choose to show your face or speak openly about your personal situation during the live call, you do so at your own risk.

  • While all Master Attraction members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others, Master Attraction cannot guarantee that a dishonest or bad-faith member will not record, screenshot, or share content from a live session with others.

  • Master Attraction does not provide refunds or compensation for any consequences that may arise from your voluntary participation or information shared during Ask Dan (Live).

  • If you do not wish to be seen or heard, you may choose to submit your question via text or audio instead.

  • All advice provided during Ask Dan (Live) is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee any specific outcomes.

Master Attraction reserves the right to ban or remove any member who violates the trust and confidentiality of these live sessions.

Ask Dan (Live) is a limited-time-only free bonus and as such, is not included for life with a lifetime membership and is not guaranteed to always be included in any membership offer. 

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, where Master Attraction's parent company, Forward Logic Limited, is registered.

11. Privacy Policy

For information on how we collect, use and protect your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy at masterattraction.com/privacy.
